South Island Property Management Ltd is looking for a Bookkeeper to work at our office at #4 1560 Church Avenue. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced office. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, in addition to the qualifications listed below: Applicants must have: o Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience, in full cycle accounting, preferably in Property Management o Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) o Experience in Payroll. Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge and experience in the following areas: o Knowledge of Spectra accounting system or o Other Property Management accounting system.
