Looking for a full-time detailed-oriented Office Manager for a busy aviation maintenance company. The office is casual and easygoing with flexible hours. Job is on-site at the Victoria International Airport. Strong bookkeeping skills are required. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise or similar software with a minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for payroll (10 employees), tax remittances, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly financial reports, bank and CC reconciliations and other accounting and administration tasks.
