Fast-paced, investment firm seeking full-time administrative assistant to assist in smooth execution of day-to-day functions for busy investment advisor located in Downtown Victoria. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Responsibilities Answering inquiries from clients Preparing for client meetings Processing of documentation Handle and coordinate active calendars Schedule and confirm meetings Ensure file organization based on office protocol Provide ad hoc support around office as needed Qualifications Candidates holding the Canadian Securities Certificate will be given preference, however with equivalent education and experience, all candidates will be considered Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with shifting priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Salary will be negotiated based on education and experience.
