Wood, handmade, freshly painted. Perfect for Barbie height dolls or smaller. Has a balcony, rooftop deck and hand lifted elevator (needs new magnets attached) and garage for parking on lower level. Some wiring in place for light bulbs - really! This was a much loved toy for two generations and we'd like it to be enjoyed by more children.
