Available July 1st We have a 20 foot fully enclosed tent and an outdoor space for you to build your tiny home in Shirley 15 minutes past sooke. Our 10 acre property is fenced and gated. We are a working hobby farm, seamstress, and carpenter/tiler and it holds our family home. Walking distance to Shirley Delicious Cafe. We have power and water and toilet access for the right fit. Knowledgeable builder on site for hire if needed, (consultation time, tiling work, siding, design planning, framing, flooring etc) Have to like dogs and work times are between 8:30am to 7 ishpm.
