We are looking for employed (proof of employment) responsible person(s) who are ok with month to month agreement. Longer terms are possible once vetting is done. There is access to the yard if you have a pet but it is shared with us & we ask you to pick up after your pet. We are a young 60 ish married couple - easy going with dogs. There is absolutely no smoking on the property - you will need to smoke on the street curb. There is one parking space for the suite. Extra parking on the street. The neighborhood is amazing & safe. Very family friendly & community oriented. Closed to hwy's & amenities. We prefer to book monthly but might be open to daily rental. Please contact us via email.
