Hi! My family and I have been away from Victoria for the last 7 years. We’ve made the decision to move back home to be closer to friends and family and we just miss the island lifestyle. We’ve owned for the last 15 years and we’ve just sold our house. We will be renting for now. About us: my wife and I are working professionals, we have a 3 1/2 yr old and a nine year old. Our kids are in school/care and we’re busy with their activities. We do NOT party or smoke . We love to spend time outside and camping with family and friends. We’re looking for the following: House: A 3 bed + house that is pet friendly and a small yard. We have a well behaved Mini Aussie and indoor Cat. Ideal Areas: Saanich, Central Saanich, Colwood or Metchosin. We lived in Langford in the past, we will consider for the right rental! If you’re outside this area, please let know, nothing is off the table! Budget: Flexible. We’re looking to start renting Mar 1 ,15 or April 1.... however willing to rent as early as Feb 1/15 for the right place! I look forward to hear back from anyone who might have a place for us.
