This is for a Waterford Lead Crystal dish on a base. It is 8 1/4 inches across and 3 1/4 inches high , The foot is 4 5/8 inches in diameter. The top is cone shaped and has 24 vertical decorative slots on the undersude. The base has 12 matching cut decorations. It is the SHINE pattern. The base is setched with the hallmark: JASPER CONRAN / a Seahorse motif / WATERFORD CRYSTAL. It is Made inIreland.
