Electronic commerce (e-commerce) manager

FMI Brands Inc. dba Outland Living (https://outlandliving.com/) is looking for Electronic commerce (e-commerce) manager, Permanent, full-time job. Wage - $ 39.50 per hour Extended medical benefit package, dental, life insurance, long term disability insurance. Skills requirements: good English, several years of experience as an E-commerce manager or similar position is required. Education requirement: Completion of secondary school is required. A bachelor's degree or a college diploma would be an asset. Main duties: • Manage, plan, co-ordinate and evaluate daily operations of the e-commerce department; • Set comprehensive goals, motivate team to encourage maximum sales performance, oversee progress monitoring; • Be responsible for the online sales of the brand, manage company's Internet presence; • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy, execute sales promotional campaigns; • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies; • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff; • Plan, establish and control budget; • Prepare and submit reports to senior management in all matters of importance.
