What your day might look like - Providing support and service to team members - Working with clients to ensure they receive timely support - Preparation of monthly reports and reporting - Assisting with MHP client session tracking + intake processing - Helping sales with RFPs - Working with the Project Manager to complete domain & SSL renewal - Help with quality assurance and testing - Review team timesheets Skills summary What we need from you: - A minimum of 2 years of office experience (or equivalent) - Detail-oriented, reliable and self-motivated - Excellent customer service demeanor - Strong time management + computer skills - Collaborative and positive attitude - Excellent verbal + written English communication skills Nice-to-haves: - Experience with web development processes - Content management system experience - Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive, Harvest, HubSpot and Slack Compensation - Starting salary is $37,500 annually.
