Office Assistant

This role will support our management team to ensure our customers receive top-notch customer service. The successful candidate will need to be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Tasks include: Organize and file paperwork Data entry Reception coverage Invoicing Stock checks Monitoring and responding to emails in a professional and timely manor Assist with scheduling Assist with paperwork Order office supplies Various admin duties Required skills: Ability to manage time efficiently Organized Reliable Experience in windows computers and multi line phone systems Proficient in Microsoft office Ability to learn new software Monday - Friday with the odd Saturday holiday coverage Wage is dependent on experience Full benefits after 3 months Performance based wage increase after 3 months
