Refind Builders is seeking Carpenters to join our growing team! This person should be excited to build and grow their skills in this rewarding industry. Many of the job duties include: • Assist in the preparation of jobsites • Layout and build foundations • Frame walls, roofs and install partitions • Work in the shop to complete custom projects • Read blueprints and structural drawings ** enjoy offering your opinion on creative solutions Requirements: • Red Seal is an asset but not necessary • Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner • Time management skills • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various construction practices • Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team Wage, Hours, Vacation Time, & Company Vehicle • Hourly Wage based on experience along with skills, effort, carpentry enthusiasm and ambition. • 40 hours a week. 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday with a 45min lunch. • Time off for during Christmas/winter break. Accommodating additional time off requests for family and person time. • Eligible for a company vehicle and gas card based on valid drivers license and driving record. • Benefits available after completion of probation period. • $500 signing bonus until October 31, 2021 (based on completion of three months probation).
