Taxi company looking for dispatcher, FT graveyard shifts available! 1 to 2 years experience needed in computer dispatch. (iCabbi, DDS). Located in Victoria BC ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to, the following: Monitor work to drivers to efficiently fulfill daily reservations/runs Track the status of trips to ensure timely and accurate trip completion Verify and log vehicle assignments daily to ensure proper billing. Maintain an accurate record of their assigned driving activities to ensure timely pick-ups. Monitor/Update reservations and relay information pleasantly to drivers and customers. Answer multiple phone lines, take and input reservations, dispatch drivers, track transports. MUST HAVE: Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities!
