Campus Honda Victoria is looking for a full time Appointment Coordinator to join our service team! The Appointment Coordinator acts as the initial point of contact for service customers by answering all incoming appointment inquiries and conducts customer service follow up calls. As Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling our Service appointments and following up with our customers in a timely manner. This position is the key to the service department's operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Excellent customer service is the top priority * Answer incoming calls regarding service inquiries and accurately schedules appointments * Calls customers to confirm service appointments and reschedule missed appointments * Communicates any additional maintenance requirements to customers * Performs service follow up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction * May also handle and process internal work orders as needed * Other duties as required We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people every day.
