Educational Assistant - Primary Grades

Christ Church Cathedral School is Victoria’s Anglican Elementary and Middle School. We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Educational Assistants with a demonstrated ability to support a diverse population of students. The successful candidates will be motivated and self-directed individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, who are able to form strong connections with students, parents and colleagues. They will work in and out of the classroom with small groups of children or with individuals. An ability to assess and analyse skill deficits, as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues and teachers. Experience working with assistive technology, and children with learning disabilities, behaviour disorders, or autism spectrum is an asset.
