$600 · In search of board

Hello I'm a dressage trainer and I have a friendly thoroughbred gelding and we are looking for a safe place to board. Ideally he would have a large paddock with a walk out and even better would be some form of turnout for grazing in the summer. I do my own chores and see my horse daily. I'm open to different set ups and could perhaps help with some feeds/chores/lessons/training for the right situation. I work him a few times a week, so access to a ring is an absolute must. A smaller more private barn would be at the top of my list but I am open to different facilities. I don't need anything fancy but I do need a safe environment. I can update footing in the paddock if needed. I have been at my current barn for the past three years and can supply great references if needed. Pls note anything in Sooke is too far for me. North Saanich is pushing it as well.
