Barbershop is looking for an honest, hardworking hairstylist to join our team! We are a casual/professional salon that has become very busy. We are open 5 days a week. The majority of our staff have been with us for many years, so we are very team-oriented. Our clients are very diverse children to adults and all genders. The services we provide are cutting, styling, etc. As a stylist, you are guarantee hours, great tips, commission/hourly wages. (If there are opportunities for further education or qualification. You are motivated, hardworking, independent, customer service oriented. Experience with men's cutting is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right individual. You are available to work some evening shifts and weekends. No clientele is necessary as there is room to build up your own within the salon. Specific Skills Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features or style from client's instructions and preferences Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, and style hair Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair Barbering License (Preferred) willing to take Non-License but must have experience.
