Saturday Sept 11th - Oct 23rd 10:00am - 11:00 am *No class on October 9th This yoga series focuses on gently strengthening the body while building solid foundation of stability & functional mobility. Designed with the beginnger in mind this class would benefit any level looking to try a therapeutic approach to yoga! Moving through therapeutic poses to reduce stress and to increase flexibility & muscle tone throughout the body. The sequence, a combination of subtle movements & pranayama (breathwork), will help you to release deeply held tension from the back, neck, shoulders and hips, and aid you in increasing all-over strength and range of motion.
