Caregiver/Companion (Broadmead)

Part time position available for an experienced female caregiver to assist with the personal, physical and social needs of a positive minded young woman with Cerebral Palsy who has a very active social life that entails going to movies, the theatre, sporting events plus much more. Dependability, reliability, an outgoing personality and an ability for self motivation and initiative are essential. Must have excellent driving skills (individual has her own wheelchair equipped van) and at least a basic knowledge of technical/computer skills with the openness to learn more to assist the individual. This position is for Tuesdays from 10AM-9PM with the possibility of extra hours when needed. If a Saturday or Sunday shift (10AM-9PM) would work better for the potential new hire, a trade in days can be arranged. Must have or be willing to obtain a drivers abstract, criminal record check, first aid and provide proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19. $23/hr.
