We are looking for a community-minded woman to share our beautiful character home in Fernwood – available Dec 31st, 2021. Our house is very spacious and bright with a huge kitchen that opens up to a delightful two-tiered patio for morning yoga, coffee... or to soak up the afternoon sun. There is also a big living room and dining room to lounge in. You would of course get your own standard size bedroom (10”x16.5”) and would be sharing a fully renovated spa-inspired bathroom with us. Unlike the photos, the room is furnished. There is a decent size backyard with fruit trees, great neighbours, plenty of street parking, bike storage and your very own fridge. If you like to garden, there is space for it! About us: We are a family of three - two healthy working professionals and an energetic, happy and loving 10 year old daughter. We value health, community, personal growth, good communication, the environment and it is important for us to find to share our living space with someone person whose values with align with ours. About you: We are wanting to attract a woman who is employed, active and in a good space mentally and emotionally. It is our hope to provide a happy and healthy space for someone to thrive in.
