This candidate must have Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef Positive attitude Passion for food and techniques Organized and high standard of cleanliness Hardworking/ Self motivated Attention to details/ think on their own Daily duties include Organizing of day/ strong communication with team Keeping high standard/quality Keeping station organized/tidy/self managed Keeping coolers/freezers/dry storage organized and stocked Helping team with tasks and projects Helping with menu input Toque Catering's team is very well rounded with knowledge in foraging, farm to table to molecular gastronomy.
