Each tray swings independently. Maximum load of each tray is 32.5lb. The height of tray can be adjusted. The rotation axis has hydraulic soft close device, preventing the tray from slamming shut. This organizer fits into a 36" wide cabinet. Just pay attention that your cabinet meets the space requirement. The installation is not complicated. There's installation manual inside the package or downloading below in the technical specification. I purchased it new ($379) and installed it, but my pots exceeded the weight limits and resulted in bending the arms. Vadania kindly replaced them, so its all new condition.
