Paul Wild owner of 1989 Red Kawasaki Concours

Hoping to find Paul Wild or anyone who might know how we could reach him. We have a red 1989 Kawasaki Motorcycle registered in his name and would like to know if he still wants it. It was going to be towed to the dump after being parked behind a Gorge Rd. apartment for the past 6 months. Any information would be helpful including whether or not he still resides in Victoria. The registration papers show a storage facility in Victoria, not a residential address so we have no way to reach out to him.
