not a joke or a scam...drive to palm springs and stay at my condo for free

Senior snowbird here. Owns a little house in a 55+ not-very-posh country club community. Driving yourself there and back is your share. Free place to stay is what i offer. I ask an hour or two of handyman puttering for the first 10 days. Would well suit a retired gent whose wife is still working. Scout places out, or have her get a flight down for a week or even a long weeked Flights are still are still cheap. Seattle to Palm Springs for $70. Prefer someone who can leave right after New Years.
