A national building maintenance company- Tricom is looking for experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Victoria Job Description: Supervising a team of 5-6 staff members Helping in scheduling and staffing Assist in the training, supervision and maintenance of grooming and conduct of coworkers Continuous supervision, training and ongoing performance reviews of team Assist in cleaning and assigning tasks Complete documentation of employee orientation and training Qualified candidates will need to be able to: Physically able to provide hands on support and training for all tasks Follow directions and communicate in English Work in a high energy environment Have high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Have a great work ethic Have a professional, courteous, responsive attitude to clients and their concerns SIN Card or valid work permit Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Good Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Power point, and MS-Excel Must have transportation or ability to get to work ready and on time Security and Safety (This position is dependent on the following): -Basic security clearance. -Background/Criminal record check.
