Legal Assistant for a Growing Practice!

Dominion GovLaw LLP (“GovLaw”) is a law firm with a focus on local governments. Our clients are professional public servants with complex and interesting compliance issues. We are located in Saanich, across from Rithet’s Bog, a beautiful 40-minute walking trail. We seek a full-time legal assistant with 5+ years litigation experience in MVA/insurance defence, municipal or criminal prosecutions. You are someone who is looking for a change in an easily transferrable practice with colleagues who appreciate what you do. Qualifications: 1. 5+ years’ litigation experience managing files for multiple lawyers to trial; 2. Skilled in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Clio or related legal software; 3. Hardworking, detail oriented, a team player; and 4. Solid knowledge of Provincial and Supreme Court rules, forms and procedures.
