Wanted - mechanic familiar with 2-stroke engines and scooter maintenance

Looking for someone who can tune-up my 2008 Kymco Vitality 2T scooter. It has a 2-stroke, 49cc engine that was running at the beginning of the pandemic. Turns over and will start briefly, but dies when the throttle is applied. Carburetor probably needs to be cleaned/rebuilt. Would prefer you come to me, but I can transport the scooter to you, if that would be more convenient. Must have experience with small engines and your own tools.
