$180 · MAPEX MAPLE SNARE DRUM 14" x 7" w/ YAMAHA MAPLE CUSTOM LUGS

This is a very different maple shell drum. It is a MAPEX MPX-MPML470 model 14" x 7" deep shell, but the original Mapex chrome lugs have been replaced with Yamaha Maple Custom series gold finish lugs, to create a very different looking drum. When I acquired the drum, three lugs were missing, and I could not justify spending $30 each for original Yamaha replacements. So three of the lugs on the snare side of the drum, positioned near the player, are quite similar but not exactly matching replacements. You will have to look pretty closely at the pictures to spot them! Otherwise the drum has a brand new Aquarian Texture Coated batter head and 42 strand snare wires.
