Mr Git is retired and easy to get along with. Main house has 2 rooms available for long term rentals and 1 room reserved for owner. Cottage has 1 room available for short-term rentals and 1 room reserved for owner. Owner maintains a room in each house for his personal use but does provide renters with privacy because owner has 2 houses to stay in. Owner is only one person living alone.
