8 Brown Egg Laying Chickens - $15 Each (All 8 for $100)

These are 2.5 yr old brown egg laying chickens (ISA-Brown Hybrid Egg Layers). There's 8 of them, they lay 3-5 eggs per day right now. These chickens would be perfect for starting out your own backyard flock as long as your municipality allows hens. These chickens were adopted from a large egg producer in Central Saanich last year, and live a wonderful life on our veggie farm in North Saanich. They get lots of fresh compost waste from the farm, and lay a nice brown medium to large egg. We're asking $15 per hen, or you can have all 8 for $100. Willing to sell in groups of 4 for $55. We will NOT be selling the hens to anyone looking to use them as meat or bait. We will ask you to show us where they will be living, and out our discretion can decide not to sell them to you without proof that they're going to be going to a good home. Email if interested.
