Overview Reporting to the Property Manager, the Resident Manager is responsible for the professional operation, management, administration and leasing of a Centurion owned and operated apartment community in Langford, BC. Responsibilities -Market, show and rent apartments, providing related information and forms and collecting applications and deposits as required; -Ensure the timely collection and deposit of rental payments; initiate follow-up where payments are not made; -Administer and complete minor maintenance and Work Order repairs; -Review apartments at turnover and prepare a scope of work consistent with established renovation standards; -Ensure vacant apartments are always in a state of “rent-readiness”, clean and fully prepared for move-in; and -Keep the building common areas and grounds clean and free of litter and debris.
