Maintenance Technician-Langford

Overview Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the completion of work orders and general maintenance and repair of a portfolio of multi-family residential communities for Centurion Property Associates Inc. The Maintenance Technician is accountable for related resources, contracts, tools and supplies to ensure the properties are effectively and efficiently maintained to established standards and within established budgets. Responsibilities -Administer and complete minor maintenance and Work Order repairs within 48 hours; -Review apartments at turnover and prepare a scope of work consistent with established renovation standards; -Ensure vacant apartments are always in a state of “rent-readiness”, clean and fully prepared for move-in; and -Keep the building common areas and grounds clean and free of litter and debris. Compensation Annual salary of $50,000, overtime payment as needed.
