WANTED: Space to build and store Wood Pallets

Looking to rent space to build and store up to 600+ wood pallets at a time. Property must be able to fit a large tractor trailer to be backed in for loading of finished pallets on an ongoing basis. The ideal space would have room to accommodate a work bench for building/rebuilding the pallets, a forklift, a small gas generator to work a nail gun, a table saw, and enough space to allow for at least 28 stacks of pallets 20 tall (roughly 8 feet) which will then be shipped off in the trailer arriving upon completion. If you have something that fits these requirements you're response would be greatly appreciated. If it's on the same property as your living quarters I can assure you I'd leave the area clean, tidy and pallets stacked close together so as to take up the least amount of space. This could be a great opportunity to cancel out some if not most of your monthly rent or mortgage payment. Thanks for your time
