A nice suite in the awesome Oaklands neighbourhood, close to coffee shops and groceries at Haultain Corners - and a ten minute walk to Hillside Mall. It's a level entry (ground level) basement suite with dishwasher and laundry washer + dryer in the suite. Open concept living room and kitchen, feels pretty spacious. There is also a very sunny, south facing private patio area for you to enjoy your tomato plants etc. We are a young and friendly professional couple with two young kids, and we are very respectful of privacy, easy to get along with. We live in the upstairs suite, so you can expect a little noise from the toddler running around and baby crying now and then, but the sound transfer between the floors is pretty small over all.
