$1,000 · Are there any affordable rentals in Vic???

DOES ANYONE HAVE A PLACE TO RENT TO A HARDWORKING SINGLE FEMALE IN HER early 30’s for approximately $1000 with utilities included???? I’m just going to be straightforward because it seems like the only way to get where you need to go. I’m an ideal tenant, actually I’m the best tenant because I’m punctual, QUIET (like a mouse) doesn’t party, drink or smoke and I remain respectful and courteous in all my relations. I’m a special needs education assistant who is temporarily on disability from a mild brain injury I received from a bad biking accident. Maintaining a healthy and calm-quiet-therapeutic environment is crucial and I like to live in a clean and organized space. Will be returning to work in the new year. Not excited about the rental market. I’m a born and raised Victorian whose rented all across B.C. and Alberta. Victoria has it the worst, and renting anything is like dinosaur hunting nowadays. Yet I need a place of my own and am creating this ad in hopes of obtaining just that. (And hopefully avoiding having to stand in line selling myself just to get an interview...which I’m kind of doing anyways now).
