SINGLE ROOM FOR RENT :) AVAILABLE JUNE 1ST I am looking for a roommate in my shared 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. Located by Quadra and Glanford in Saanich/Royal Oak. $850/month, with all utilities included in the price: hydro, WiFi, heat, air conditioning, and in-suite laundry. Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, covered outdoor area, backyard, furnished living room, and access to a large board game library. The bedroom for rent is not furnished, you will have to provide your own furnishings, but I can provide a full mattress to help get you started. Landlords rule no smoking on the property, and no pets are allowed. Month-to-month, $425 damage deposit and ideally a 6 month stay or longer. I'm a 30 y/o full-time working male who prioritises having fun and maintaining a positive attitude. I enjoy the company of others and I respect other people's property and privacy. I've made friends with prior roommates so added bonus if you love to play board games and watch movies, I have a great setup for it.
