Wanted: Long Term Rental Home

Hello, we’re a stable middle aged couple looking for a long term residential rental. We’ve lived in our current home for many years, but need to move into a location that offers us a bit more space. I’m an operations manager who has been with the same company for over a fifteen years, and my partner has worked at the same non-profit organization for more than 5 years. We thrive on stability in both our personal and professional lives. We have no children. Our only pet is a small, well behaved and quiet adult dachshund. We’re looking for a quiet place to call home. We don’t have many needs, but 2 bedrooms and a bit of outside space would be ideal. Something in the Esquimalt area, or more rural on the outskirts of the city with room for more than one vehicle to park would be preferable, but not absolutely necessary. Looking for something available Oct 1st, or shortly thereafter. Our budget would be $2500 or under. Thanks for your consideration.
