Wanted: workshop or barn to use for invention projects, making concrete garden planters, and restoring old machinery. Ideal if it is insulated and can be heated and has a water and electricity supply. It's hard to find a workshop in Victoria. I'm a 66 year old guy , don't smoke or drink and work 4 days per week and get oap & ccp. I have multiple storage spots around town and would like to have it all in one location. I'm considerate and respectful. I would like to be able to back my pickup truck right up to the shop. If you have a motorhome I can rent to live in at the same location that would be awesome. thanks for your consideration.
