Fully furnished (or bring your own furnishings). Full use of the living, dining, and kitchen. Shared with UVic students and the owner. We have had students in the house numerous times over the years. Street parking available. House backs onto a park. Looking for quiet and respectful tenants; it is not a party house. Hopefully you like dogs, as we have a golden retriever and a beagle. References from you would be helpful; I can provide references from current and previous tenants.
