3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo for rent. Located in Plaza Las Glorias, across the street from the Secrets hotel. It is on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building without elevators. The master bedroom has a king bed (or 2 twins). The second has 2 twins, and the third has a futon, suitable for 2 children or one adult. The deck faces the street (and the Secrets Hotel), so there is traffic during the day. The central courtyard has lots of space as well as the pool and a large palapa with tables and chairs. Windows and doors have screens to allow a cross breeze, and all rooms except the kitchen have ceiling fans. It's a galley kitchen with Mexican tiles on the counters, and has a gas range and apartment-size fridge, as well as a microwave and toaster and blender. Lots of cutlery and chinaware and pots and pans, etc. Cook in or eat out at the many nearby restaurants. Internet and TV are included. There is 24-hour security and courtyard parking is available on a non-assigned basis. Maid service is complimentary once a week. The beach is a 5-minute walk. It's an easy 20-minute walk to the malecon, or a quick bus or taxi ride. A supermarket is a five-minute walk, Costco a fifteen-minute walk, or Walmart a ten-minute bus ride. There are 2 large malls within easy walking distance. Banks, pharmacies, shops, OXXO's, hospitals, and restaurants are within a block or 2 or 3 at most. The unit is available for Nov., Dec., March, and April. We rent Saturday to Saturday, with a 10:00 am check-out and a 4:00 pm check-in. The owners live in Victoria, but spend the winter in PV and will be on site at check-in and check-out, and available by phone. Oct. 30th to Dec. 18th: $650 per week. Dec. 18th to 25th, and 25th to Jan. 1st: 1100 per week. March 5th to April 2nd: $700 per week. April 2nd to April 30th: $650 per week. There is a $60.00 cleaning fee; no subletting allowed. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Discount available for monthly rental (4 consecutive weeks).
