Check out what we do at www.foamshop.com We are looking for a result driven Sales Associate for our Duncan location, to assist in the store part time 2-3 days per week. Potential advancement available if you are successful within the role. Requirements - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Proficiency in English - Solid communication and interpersonal skills - Physically fit - Basic mathematics understanding including fractions and decimals - Strong communication, organization and multi-tasking abilities Daily Tasks - Cutting and shaping custom foam projects to clients exact measurements - Providing excellent customer service to potential and current customers - Describe features and benefits of merchandise - Candidates should be comfortable lifting foam merchandise for customers and when working on projects. Assistance provided. - Ask open ended questions about customer's projects in order to determine their needs - Demonstrating collaborative and positive attitude with your fellow team members As a Note: - We provide all training, offer competitive rates, medical and dental benefits after 1 year of employment, and an opportunity to excel within a friendly work environment. Sales associates start at $16.00 /h and can earn up to $18.00/h by advancing their skill-sets. Starting wage also depends on the experience you offer. - Onsite parking - Part time hours (2-3 days week) our store is in operation Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. days can be flexible & can be discussed within the next steps.
