Room for Rent, available July 1st. Situated in Vancouver Island, the house is at the Sooke's Sunriver, a pretty cute residential family area right by Sooke's river. Its location on top of the hill overlooking the community garden and the forest by the river makes this place simply fantastic. Common places of the house include: An open and very large kitchen with living room, front and back decks, small garden, big garage and a simple toilet in the main floor. We have a small room in the basement used for working out , dancing or just having fun with lots of space for storage. Upstairs there is also a nice open space we've been using as cinema room for projecting movies or again having fun. All these are still quite open to furnish and make for any purpose if everybody in the house agrees. The available space open for rent consists in : - 1 room upstairs. - One shared full bathroom with bathtub and window upstairs. - One shared office on the main floor. What I'm looking for: I'm looking for adults that are working and have their financial situation in good shape and pay on time. They must be quiet, clean, respectful and ideally with some personal work done so they know their way around communicating in a healthy manner to share ideas and resolve any sort of situation. Some of the house rules include cleaning after yourself, no loud music/noises without all house members consent, and quiet time from 9pm to 9am. Visits are ok with some heads up in advance and no pets ( maybe a well-behaved cat), no smoking and no drugs are allowed. A bit about me: I'm a Spaniard living in the island for the last 2 years. I'm an entrepreneur ( I work from home ) an artist and a student of therapy and spirituality. I'm a big homebody person and value quietness, nature, dancing, martial arts, cooking yummy food and watching fun shows. 930 CAD per month. This includes all amenities ( gas, water, heat, high-speed wifi and garbage pick up ) and one professional cleaning session for main areas+bathrooms . Available July 1st, 2021.
