Just in time for summer ... One bright and sunny, decent-sized bedroom in two bedroom apartment in an old, funky, character mansion. Rent includes most utilities (*internet access is negotiable.) Roomies share a big kitchen, bathroom with clawfoot tub & shower, and living room areas. The bedroom is mostly unfurnished, but can include a double bed. Located on the Fairfield side of downtown, this place is close to lots of shopping, on major bus routes, and is easy walking distance to the beach. No parking, but a street parking permit can be purchased from the City of Victoria. Smoking outside only, and so sorry but no pets are allowed. This situation seems to suit students or other young people out on walkabout.
