SEEKING PLACE IMMEDIATELY

Hey I am 32 i work fulltime, have tropical plants looking to spend about 1k a month negotiable to place a bit more if the place is right - can get first months and a deposit upfront, will downpay a months rent for sept 17th if it helps in any way and always pay rent early when possible, due to a contractual break on the part of the landlord we were intending to move to ( they have squatters they didnt inform us were arbitrating an eviction last minute) and so i am stuck finding a place asap, please drop me an email asap , if you have a 2 bedroom around 2 ish i would be able to get your place filled with hard working, clean people. The closest to a hitch i have is that i got a manx(japanese bobcat, those tailess ones) very docile, great with animals and exceedingly well trained. does fine in or outside. get me an email as my phones kind of out(being paid for but currently at the last place because telus is...well) , i can arrange to call from my work number. anything between esquimalt to saanich would be great. if you know anyone looking and they like tropical plants point them my way. i dont party, i got like no friends besides my current roommates not due to negativity i just tend to keep to myself, nice quiet lifestyle is best.
