Looking for 3rd person to share house. (Available in New Year)

Truly a nice place to live near the Gorge and Admirals Road. The monthly rent is $1000.00 for the extra bedroom / full use of house. This includes all utilities, internet (WiFi), supplying laundry soap (prefer you use non scented) and basic cleaning supplies. House has both street parking and a driveway. Regarding the tenants, I am a semi retired male artist carpenter (66 years) , the one renting the house. You should know I am a morning person who is around lots, either out gardening in the backyard or making things. The other person is my older sister, a night owl, also an artist type. The worst thing about the place is there is only one bathroom. Yes it is the old bathtub shower arrangement. If you are looking for a non drinking, non smoking, a quiet place to live, take a look.
