$500 · Small Furnished room available immediately in pet friendly home

I have one small sized furnished (double bed, dresser & small dresser) room available immediately in my pet friendly home. Likely easier if you have a vehicle, we’re about a 9-12 minute drive to Westshore mall but a bus stop is right out front. 5 acres of forested trails behind home. Laundry included. The house (including the individual bedrooms) are all on electric baseboard heat, and all tenants share equal portions of the electrical bill each month which was about $50 extra per person per month with three of us. We also pay the equally shared portion of water tank fills every 4-6 weeks ( $45 each). All other utilities included. The small room is $500/month with a double bed, dresser and large night table. An extra person in the same room adds $150/month. The home itself though is older to be fair, but it’s best to see in person and decide from there... :) I myself am relaxed about most things.... but a couple items are firm requirements. I'm unable to live with any type of smoker at all... (including pot, vaping or cigarettes). I ask that anyone with pets do all the vacuuming of the main house, (not other bedrooms) at least twice a week to keep on top of the shedding. I'm also insistent on animal poop being cleaned up immediately. If there are no pets, we all take equal turns/responsibility in cleaning, vacuuming, bathroom etc. There is currently one medium sized dog living here who would be open to cats. My home is Queer and Trans friendly, with friends and family members of both of those identities visiting on occasion. I respect that is not in everyone's personality, but it's a necessity here.
