Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a heavy machinery/agriculture equipment dealership or related industry. At least 2 years managing sales, service and parts departments. Experience with CDK Heavy Equipment Dealer Management System would be a strong asset. Skills and Abilities: Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Ability to work autonomously. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Proven problem-solving skills.
