Sales Manager

INA Motors is expanding and is looking for a Sales Manager with local automotive industry experience to lead our Sales Team to the next level. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the sales department as well as measuring the overall performance of the sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Wholesale vehicle buying / trading. Hiring, training and overseeing the sales team. Establish short / long term goals and strategies for the sales team. Inventory management and reconditioning. Management of sales plans, marketing plans, ongoing training and development, coaching for the team. Facilitate the operation of an efficient and effective dealership, while maintaining strong relationships with our vendor partners. QUALIFICATIONS: Management experience within the auto industry is a MUST. Experience with VinSolutions & PBS is a MUST. Wholesaler / Broker connection is helpful.
