Not a smart TV. 1. no samsung remote but has compatible Telus remote if you are a Telus tv subscriber. 2. volume only goes from low to medium which is suitable for most shows 3. periodically blue bloom shows in right lower corner of screen (this comes and goes) has built in sound bar across bottom and has good sound and picture. view working until 19th. near Willows school/Beach in Oak Bay contact free pick up is an option. reason for sale: want bigger screen
