A delicious way to capture garden and farm bounty to enjoy for everyday and special occasions. This workshop will demonstrate how to make a flaky crust and the using dough to create hand pies, traditional single and double crust pies and galette. Participants will learn the tips and techniques for using the ingredients and the options for size and style of baking pans. Participants will have the opportunity to share a taste of savoury and sweet pie samples. Sunday May 26th, 1:00PM - 3:00PM *Take home a pie server, fresh savoury herb and copy of the workshop recipes to home bake pies for family and friends.
